Operating instruction for Hengan-180 cleaning agent for plastic woven bags

Characteristics of the product:

The materials have super-cleaning effect and can clean up the printed characters, patterns, oil failure and other stains. After cleanup, the whiteness of plastic pellets produced can be greatly improved as well as better product appearance.

Operation manual:

180 woven bag cleaning agent is viscous fluid and needs diluting and heating before application. When cleaning, it is required to purchase caustic soda by self to use together with this cleaning agent

1. Pour the cleaning agent into the water to dilute, with the dilution ratio of 1:200, i.e. 5 kg cleaning agent added into a ton of water

2. Put the purchased caustic soda (also named as solid sodium hydroxide, flake caustic soda and etc., with its content over 96%) into water together with the cleaning agent to dilute, with the dilution ratio of 1:100, i.e. 10 kg caustic soda added into a ton of water and well stirred together.

3.Put the woven bags which need cleaning into the prepared cleaning agent; the cleaning agent is heated to 70～80℃, keeping the temperature for about 0.5 hours

4. After the woven bags soaked in 70～80℃hot water for 0.5 hours, most of the printed characters on the bags disappear and the rest can be removed by slight wiping with hand. Here, the soak of woven bags is completed.

5. A good soaking will remove the sacks, and then smash the clean granulating machine can be cleaned

6.Drag the woven bags out, and then the cleaning agent is used for the second soak. The process is cycled and repeated to use in such way.

7.After cleaning up a ton of woven bags (about 10 thousand of bags) each time, it needs supplying the lost water in the tank and adding 3.3 kg 180-type cleaning agent and 10 kg caustic soda. They should be added every a ton of bags washed.

Note：

1.For the first use, more amount of cleaning agents and caustic soda are used, because 5 kg cleaning agents and 10 kg caustic soda should be added into a ton of water in the tanks (commonly known as the hardening bottom of the tank); since the second use, 3.3 kg cleaning agents and 10 kg caustic soda can be added into a ton of woven bags.

2.It is just a conventional dosage that 3.3 kg cleaning agents and 10 kg caustic soda are added into a ton of woven bags; due to the different water qualities in the various places as well as the dirty extent of woven bags, the dosage can be appropriately increased or reduced.

3. As to woven bags which are extraordinarily difficult to be cleaned, it only needs prolonging appropriately the soak time.
